Hydra

Hydra is currently our longest resident, having been with us since August 2022. She's what could be described as an extroverted introvert: she enjoys receiving affection and pets on her terms, but she also enjoys her alone time and her independence. Hydra definitely prefers the single lifestyle and would do best in a home without other pets. While she's 10 years old, she still has some pep in her step and zing in her tail and would love some playtime, too. Hydra recently spent some time in foster, where her personality opened up and she became more sociable, following her foster from room to room and enjoying just "hanging out" with him on the couch! One of her favorite things to do is climb high in our cat towers, so she would love a tall cat tree in her forever home so she can keep a lofty eye on things!
